Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner, who is a victim of a heinous crime and is stated to have impregnated in spite of she being 14 years of age. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner's both the parents are present in the Court and in the interest of welfare of the child, they intend to undertake termination of the pregnancy which is of 28 weeks.

We direct the Medical Board of the respondent No.2 to undertake clinical and any other examination of the petitioner in presence of her parents and as is contemplated under The Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) Act, 1971, latest by tomorrow and submit report by 12:00 noon. If it is feasible and possible, she may be examined during the course of the day.
