In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, inter-alia, seeks a direction to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to issue work order in favour of the Petitioner in respect of subject tender which is a tender for providing 100 contract labour for two years for eviction of encroachment and unauthorized construction and deletion of illegal hawkers in Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation. 3.

The learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the lowest bidder. However, the work order is not being issued in favour of the Petitioner.

Issue notice to Respondent Nos. 4 and 5, returnable after four weeks.

Mr. Mayuresh Lagu, learned Counsel has entered appearance and waives notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 6.

Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move in Vacation in case occasion so arises.
