The limited prayer in the petitions is to hear and decide the Regular Civil Appeal No. 251 of 2021 and 262 of 2021 preferred against the orders passed in final decree proceedings for execution of the decree passed in Special Civil Suit No. 76 of 1963. 3.

16-wp-5957-2025 with wp-5963-2025.doc the delay in disposal of the above numbered appeals, and having regard to the fact that, the decree out of which the appeals arise has been passed in Special Civil Suit No. 76 of 1963, the petitions stand disposed with a request to the learned District Judge seized with Regular Civil Appeal No 251 of 2021 and Regular Civil Appeal No. 262 of 2021 to hear and decide the appeals as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of nine months from the next scheduled date of hearing of the appeals i.e. 9th June 2025.
