Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners in this petition are restricting their claim to only the internal roads, while placing emphasis on clause M of the subject agreement. In that sense, the petitioners are not assailing the entire impugned order passed by respondent No.1 and the consequent deemed conveyance certificate issued in the present BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI Date: 2025.06.18 15:01:23 +0530 BIPIN DHARMENDER PRITHIANI matter.

The contesting respondent Nos.2 to 12 are represented by Counsel, who seeks short adjournment to take instructions and to file reply in the matter.

Considering the narrow scope of relief sought by the petitioners herein, the petition can be disposed of at admission stage.

Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 18th July 2025. 6.

Mr. Shinde, learned AGP, waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 17. Mr. Das, learned counsel, waives notice for respondent Nos.2 to 12.

The petitioners shall serve respondent Nos.13 to 17 additionally by way of private service and file an affidavit of service within two weeks from today.

Reply affidavits on behalf of the respondents may be filed within three weeks from today.

It is made clear that if the petition is not disposed of on the returnable date, this Court will consider the prayer for limited interim relief claimed by the petitioners.
