1. We observe that insofar as the prayer clause (a) is concerned, the prayer stands worked out in view of the order dated 28th April, 2025 passed by the RespondentMunicipal Corporation. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly states that insofar as these prayers are concerned, the Petitioner does not wish to press the Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same, with liberty to challenge the said order dated 28th April, 2025 in appropriate proceedings. We grant such liberty to the Petitioner.
2. Insofar as the prayer clause (c) is concerned, we are informed that the district superintendent of land records is seized with the appeal filed by the Petitioner being Appeal No. Appeal/Pune/S.R. 6014/2023, Solapur, filed under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Act, 1966. We are of the opinion that the said Ajit Pathrikar
4-WP-5986-2025.DOC appeal needs to be decided expeditiously and in accordance with the law, after hearing all the parties, within the period of three months from today.
3. All contentions in that regard are expressly kept open.
