In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner to serve the Respondents by private service and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.

Till next date, the Petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.20,000/- per month before the learned Executing Court on or before 15th day of each succeeding month. First such deposit shall be made on or before 15th May 2025. In addition to the above amount, the Petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- before the learned Executing Court within a period of four weeks from today.

The impugned eviction decrees shall not be executed, on the condition of deposit of the above amounts before the learned Executing Court within time schedule as directed above. 6.

It is further made clear that, if above payments are not deposited within stipulated time, then this order granting stay to the execution of the eviction decrees shall stand vacated forthwith without further reference to the Court.
