Considering the disputed issues as to whether the Petitioner ever worked in the months of August and September 2023, in the backdrop of his own claim that he was not allowed to work, we expressed our disinclination to entertain this Petition for grant of salary. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and avail of a remedy of either filing a recovery suit or by approaching the Industrial Court for non-payment of salary.

In view of the above statement, this Petition is disposed off. In the event of delay, the time spent by the Petitioner in this Court from 21.04.2025 till the passing of this order, would be a good ground for condonation of delay. All contentions are kept open and the withdrawal of this Petition will not be an impediment.
