Learned AGP submits on telephonic instructions of the Desk Officer of Prison Department of Mantralaya that the decision will be taken in terms of the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal positively within a period of two weeks.

To obviate any request for extension of time, we are inclined to grant four weeks' time with the direction that such a decision shall positively be taken. If such decision is not taken within four weeks, this Court may be constrained to take a serious view in the matter. 3.
