Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 31 July 2025. 2.

Prima facie, it appears that the compromise decree executed between the petitioner and the contesting respondents' father recognizes easement right for the petitioner over the road, which is the subject matter of the proceeding before the Sub-Divisional Officer; therefore, it is an exceptional case to entertain the interim order passed in revision.

Hence, till the next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).

It is made clear that, the effect of grant of stay by this Court shall revive Mamlatdar's Court order.
