Heard Mr. Gaikwad, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

Issue notice to the Respondent returnable after six weeks. In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner to serve the Respondent by private notice and file affidavit of service before the returnable date.

Till next date, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) on condition that w.e.f. the date of Order passed by the learned Family Court, Sangli i.e. from 18th March 2025, the Petitioner will deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month in the account of the Dusane

17 WP 6059.25.DOC Respondent-wife. Said amount be deposited on or before 10th day of each succeeding month. Such payment be made on or before 15th May 2025.

As far as arrears are concerned, the Petitioner shall deposit the same within a period of one month from today. 5.

It is clarified that such amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to be deposited is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties.
