2.

The challenge raised in this writ petition is to an interim order dated 30th April 2025 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in Original Application No.439 of 2025. The prayer for interim relief as made by the petitioner seeking staying of the recruitment process that has commenced pursuant to the advertisements issued on 10th July 2024 has been refused.

3.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel representing the Maharashtra Public Service Commission, we do not find any case made out to interfere in exercise of writ 1/2 1-WP-6072-2025.doc Dixit

jurisdiction. The reasons assigned by the Tribunal are sufficient to sustain the denial of interim relief. In the light of the fact that the advertisement is dated 10th July 2024 and the screening test is now scheduled on 10th May 2025, we are not inclined to interfere.

4.

By clarifying that all contentions raised by the petitioner can be placed before the Tribunal for its consideration when the Original Application is decided finally, the writ petition is disposed of. [ DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J. ] [ A.S. CHANDURKAR, J. ] 2/2 1-WP-6072-2025.doc Dixit
