The grievance raised by the petitioner is non-consideration of the Securitisation Application preferred by the petitioner being Securitsation Application No.244 of 2023 despite having lost possession of the secured asset.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.3 Bank, on instructions, submits that by the next date of the proceedings, which is 5th June 2025, affidavit-in-reply to the Securitsation Application would be filed. 3.
It is open for the petitioner to place on record subsequent events before the Debts Recovery Tribunal by taking appropriate steps. 4.
By keeping all contentions open and with liberty to the petitioner to seek expeditious consideration of the Securitisation Application, the writ petition is disposed of as not entertained. However in the facts of the case, the grievance raised by the petitioner vide prayer clause (d) is kept open. If a request is made by the petitioner for expeditious consideration of the Securitisation Application, Debts Recovery Tribunal shall consider the same in the given facts of the case.
