We have passed a serious order on 7th October, 2025. Two officers of the Zilla Parishad are present in the Court. Shri Jalindar Pathare is the Deputy CEO (GAD), Raigad Zilla Parishad and Dr. Sachin Deshpande is the District Deputy Commissioner, Animal Husbandry and Dairy, Raigad.

Ms. Neha Bhosale who is the CEO of the Zilla Parishad is not available to give instructions on such a serious issue, for the reason Gayatri Shimpi

We are, therefore, listing this matter tomorrow in the same category, first on board, for the CEO to issue appropriate instructions to the learned AGP as regards, whether the Zilla Parishad intends to withdraw the orders which we have adverted to in our order dated 7th October, 2025.
