This matter is on board for part compliance of the Judgment dated 14th October, 2025. On 28th November, 2025, we had posted this matter for today. Today, the matter is shown at Sr. No.904 on the Supplementary Board. None appears for the Zilla Parishad. Three months salary of the Petitioner has been paid. 2.

The learned AGP submits that the steps that were expected to be initiated by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla SUNNY THOTE

904-WP-6076-2025-(C).odt Parishad, Raigad, in the light of the Judgment dated 14th October, 2025, have not been initiated. On 15th December, 2025, the compliance of the directions of this Court, has to be reported. Without the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Raigad initiating the steps expected, the State Government is unable to proceed.

Three Advocates appeared before us for the ZP, when we delivered the Judgment. Today, not a single lawyer is present, either in the Court hall or through the video conferencing mode. 4.

We are listing this Petition on 15th December, 2025, for recording the compliance of our directions.

We make it clear that if we find that the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Raigad has been going slow, we would be constrained to pass strict orders.
