The apprehension voiced by the learned Addl. GP, on the basis of the record before us, that the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Zilla Parishad, Raigad, has not initiated steps as were expected to be taken in deference to our order dated 14th October, 2025, appears to be convincing and true. The step which should have been taken within a fortnight, has been taken on 8th December, 2025. The communication dated 15th December, 2025, received Gauri Gaekwad

7.WP-6076-2025.odt from the Under Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, is placed before us, which is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The learned Advocate appearing for the CEO, on instructions, states that the unpaid salary dues of the Petitioner have been processed. He further submits that the said amount shall be deposited in the bank account of the Petitioner within three working days.

We are listing this Petition on 6th January, 2026, in the urgent supplementary board, for recording compliance. 5.

We are granting 20 days' time to the CEO as well as the State Government, to do the needful.
