The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner could not make an application for medical reimbursement within a period of one week from order dated 28 January 2026 as the Petitioner's wife met with a minor accident prior to making the application. He states on instructions, that the Petitioner's wife will make an application for medical reimbursement within a period of two weeks from today. His statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, decision to be taken by the Respondent No.1 on the application for medical reimbursement, if made within a period of two weeks from today, shall be taken within a period of Pallavi 1/2

The learned AGP for the Respondent - State has tendered copy of the Government Resolution dated 6 February 2026 which is taken on record. This is with regard to the supernumerary post created, pursuant to the internal communication dated 27 January 2026 which had been tendered on the previous date i.e. 28 January 2026.

The parties will be heard on the Government Resolution dated 6 February 2026 on the next date. The Petition will be placed for consideration/compliance on 10 March 2026.

Ms. Neha Bhosale, CEO, Zilla Parishad, Alibag who was directed by this Court vide dated 28 January 2026 as well as by prior orders to remain present in the Court has not remained present. By the said order of 28 January 2026, it was specifically directed that in the event, she does not remain present in Court, the Court would consider issuing notice of contempt to her as she again remained absent in the Court today. 6.
Ms. Neha Bhosale, CEO, Zilla Parishad, Alibag shall remain present in the Court on the next date and her absence will result in a notice of contempt being issued to her for violating orders of this Court. 7.
Stand over to 10 March 2026.
