Both the impugned orders are dated 09/12/2024. Though certain deficiencies were pointed out by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Satara, instead of calling upon the Management to remove the deficiencies and tender the documents, absence of which was noted, the Education Officer has rejected the proposals. akn 1/2

In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to direct that the impugned orders shall be treated as a notice to the Management. Let the Management tender its revised proposal in the light of the said queries, within 45 days from today. After the Management tenders its revised proposal, Respondent No. 2 Authority shall deal with the said proposal by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 45 days thereafter and pass a reasoned order.

In the event, an adverse order is passed, the Petitioners would be at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. If the approval is granted, further steps for grant of Shalarth I.D. shall be initiated by the respective parties, expeditiously.
