It is stated in the praecipe that according to the office, captioned matter is not transferred to the Circuit Bench at Kolhapur from the Principal Bench. He submits that due to impugned order, interim injunction is running against the Petitioners causing prejudice. 3.

In the circumstances, Registry/Office is directed to call for the papers from the Principal Bench, if the papers are not already received and place the matter for further consideration as per roster on 23.02.2026.
