Vide letter dated 14th October 2025 the President, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai has sought extension of time to dispose of the Revision Application No.26 of 2015, as directed by this Court vide order dated 30th July 2025.

For the reason set out in the said letter, time is accordingly extended by two months.

We make it clear, that no further extension will be granted. We expect the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai, to decide the Revision Application, before the said date, considering that the Revision Application is of the year 2015. It is for the President, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai to ensure that no adjournments are sought and the matter is taken to its logical end, without entertaining any application/s for adjournments. 4.

Stand over to 5th January 2026, for recording compliance of the order dated 30th July 2025.
