The learned AGP has brought to our notice the Communication dated 13th January, 2026, addressed by the President, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai (MRT), to the Deputy Registrar, Civil Writ Petition Department, High Court, Appellate Side, Mumbai. It is mentioned in the said Communication that TNC/REV/THN/26/2015 has been decided vide Judgment dated 9th January, 2026. The Revision preferred by the present Petitioners before us, is allowed by the Tribunal. The case is remanded to the SDO for a fresh decision, in view of the conclusions of the President, MRT, Mumbai.

The Petitioner-in-person agrees that the President, MRT, Mumbai, has delivered the Judgment. The Petitioners are aware that their Revision proceedings are allowed. They are also aware that the matter has been remanded to the SDO for a fresh decision. Grievance now is that the matter should not have been remanded.

If the Petitioners have any grievance about the Judgment dated 9th January, 2026, they are at liberty to avail of a statutory remedy as may be permissible in law. 4.
