Petitioner has sought a relief against The respondent No.2-Hindustan Co-operative Bank Limited, which is a co-operative society limited for returning petitioner's title deed in respect of the subject property. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with the liberty to avail alternate remedy available to him. Keeping all contentions open, liberty to avail alternate statutory remedy. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to avail remedies to seek redressal of the grievance of the petitioner.
