The learned Advocate representing the University of Mumbai submits that he has received an email dated 13th June, 2025, indicating that the University will be resorting to an appropriate procedure under the Uniform Statutes No. 1 of 2019, dated 1st January, 2019, against the college for non-compliance with the directions of the Grievance Redressal Committee of the University of Mumbai. A copy of the email tendered to the Court is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 1/2

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the University to follow the due procedure laid down in law and, after granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all stakeholders, arrive at a decision by passing a reasoned order, within a period of 120 days from today.
