Mr. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for seeking the same reliefs should the petitioner receive any notice or demand from the respondents based upon the provisions of law, which according to the petitioner, are ultra vires the Constitution of India. 2.

By keeping open all contentions of all parties, we allow the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for.
