The Petitioner is challenging the order dated 09th December 2024 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malegaon, wherein the interim maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 at Rs.3000/- per month has been granted in favour of the Respondent-wife.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
