Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that he will deposit 50% of the amount as required under Section 154(2A) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 in this Court which may not be permitted to be withdrawn without order of this Court.

The statement is accepted as undertaking.

Hence, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 15 July 2025.

According to the petitioner, the society had never issued bill to the petitioner for 15 years and there is serious dispute about the

Till 15 July 2025, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d).

If the petitioner fails to deposit the amount, the ad-interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
