The issue involved in the present petitions are similar to the group of petitions connected with Writ Petition No.3243 of 2025; hence, in view of the reasons stated in the orders dated 4th March 2025 and 5th May 2025, the matter shall stand over to 16th June 2025.

Till the next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).

It is made clear that, ad-interim relief shall apply to the specifically subject matter of notice, and it shall not preclude the Authority from initiating action against the structures which are not part of the notice.
