Considering Sections 81 and 137 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to withdraw this Petition and approach the learned University and College Tribunal for the SNDT University/ Mumbai University.

If the Petitioner tenders an Interim Application considering the apprehension voiced before us, we would expect the learned Tribunal to consider the said Application urgently for grant of ad-interim relief on its own merits.
