The learned Government Pleader submits that the validity certificate in Form 'G' would be delivered to the Petitioner within 15 days, after taking into account the order passed by the Competent Committee dated 08.05.2002, declaring the Petitioner as being eligible for the validity certificate for the Thakur ST category. 2.

In view of the above statement, this Petition is disposed off. After the Petitioner receives the Form 'G' validity certificate and tenders it to respondent Nos. 4 and 5, the employer would proceed to release khs/June 2025/6225
