We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. By this writ petition, the petitioner prays that the School Leaving Certificate of his daughters who were taking education at the Institution run by the respondent no.4 be directed to be released. The reason for withholding the same is that the petitioner has been unable to pay the entire tuition fees of his children. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent no.4 on instructions submits that the said respondents are not averse to returning the School Leaving Certificate of the children. He however submits 1/2

Rameshwar Dilwale 914-WP-6228-25.doc that the petitioner has to pay outstanding fees as his daughters have taken education at the said school.

With a view to resolve the dispute, the petitioner can approach the respondent no.4-Society within a period of one week to enable him to make an offer of some arrangement for paying the outstanding dues. Nevertheless, if some leniency is shown or payment in instalments is requested, the same shall be considered by the respondent no.4. The School Leaving Certificates should however be handed over to the petitioner. With aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. [ DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J. ] [ A.S. CHANDURKAR, J. ] 2/2
