Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2, The petitioner is challenging order dated 21st October 2024, passed by the respondent - Tahsildar, whereby mutation entries have been made in favour of the contesting respondents. It is the case of the petitioner that the order passed by the Tahsildar is without jurisdiction, as the said authority had no power to suo-motu take up such proceedings after having passed an earlier order rejecting the claim made by the contesting respondents, particularly when the contesting respondents themselves had not challenged the earlier order.
