Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the session in the Sukoon Centre which was scheduled for 22nd July 2025 is postponed.

Learned counsel who appears for the petitioner today 1/3

submits that he has been recently briefed and therefore, he needs time.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the next date scheduled before the Hon'ble Apex Court is 8th August 2025. He, therefore, request for a date beyond 8th August 2025. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent makes a grievance that the respondent is unaware about the child's status whether she is discharged from the hospital and whether she has started going to school.

Learned advocate who appears for the petitioner is unable to respond to the queries made by the Court on the factual aspects. He submits that since he has been recently briefed, he will take necessary instructions and inform the learned advocate for the respondent in writing regarding the status of the child within three days from today.

The petitioner has joined through video conferencing, but she is not audible.

7.

Considering the grievance made on behalf of the 2/3

respondent that the status of the child is not known to him, let the petitioner remain present before this Court on 29th July 2025 at 3.00 p.m.
