Learned counsel for the respondent has tendered a copy of e-mail from Vibgyor Kids School at Kharghar for transferring the child to the school at Kharghar. When the custody was taken over Digitally signed by IRESH MASHAL Date:

by the respondent-father, the child was transferred to Vibgyor School at Pune. Now since the custody is returned to the petitioner-mother, the father has initiated the process for transferring the admission at the same school at Kharghar. 2.

The copy of e-mail is taken on record. The copy is also handed over to the petitioner who is personally present in the Court. She assures this Court that she will take further steps so that the child starts attending the school. The assurance given by the petitioner is accepted as an assurance to the Court. 3.

The petitioner who is present in the Court submits that the process of psychiatric evaluation of the child at JJ Hospital is still underway. She, therefore, submits that once the report is received, she will ensure that the child starts going to the school. She submits that in the meantime, she will complete the process for readmission of the child as per the e-mail. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the next date before the Hon'ble Apex Court is 8th August 2025. He, further submits that counselling session before the Sukoon Centre would be scheduled in the next week.
