The petitioner i.e. mother of the child is present in the Court. She has placed on record certain e-mails received from the Vibgyor School at Kharghar. According to her without payment of security deposit and installments, the admission form will not be accepted. 2.

As against this, it is the contention of respondent-father that Page no. 1 of 3

the admission was already secured at the same school at Balewadi, Pune and thus, the payments are already made and the mother is only required to complete the process by filling up the form. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submits that if any amount for school fees or the security deposit is to be paid, the respondent is willing to make the payment. 4.

The petitioner assures this Court that she will complete the formalities of filling up the admission form and if the admission form is not accepted by the school for payment of security deposit or any school fees, she will produce the intimation from the school before this Court.

As directed by this Court one session was conducted before the Sukoon Centre of this Court. However, office has not placed any report of the counsellor.

The Assistant Registrar of the writ petition department is directed to personally co-ordinate with the Sukoon Centre and place on record the status report of the counselling sessions. This exercise should be done on urgent basis and a report from the Sukoon Centre must be placed on record before the next date. 7.

List this petition on 2nd September 2025 at 3.00 p.m. Page no. 2 of 3

The petitioner shall place on record the particulars of the school regarding process for completing the admission process. 9.
