The issue really in question and the concerned of the Court is to the welfare of the 6 years old girl, who is the child of the parties of this petition. There are several very unfortunate and serious allegations that has been created between the parties. However, in an attempt to resolve their dispute and differences, the parties are agreeable to submit their disputes and differences to the Mediator. Hence, by consent I appoint, Justice Smt. Anuja Prabhudesai, Former Judge of this Court to act as a Mediator in the disputes and differences between the parties. The details are as follows:- Meera Jadhav
