Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered the order dated 20th June 2025, passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court. She submits that pursuant to orders passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court the custody of the minor child has been handed over to the petitioner-mother. She further submits that the next date before Page no. 1 of 3

the Hon'ble Apex Court is 24th June 2025.

At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the returnable date in suo moto contempt notice is extended to 18th July 2025.

Till next date earlier interim order passed by this court in Appeal from Order No. 258 of 2025, on 25th April 2025 shall continue. It is clarified that the orders passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 16th December 2024, regarding access to continue till pending appeals shall operate pending writ petition. 4.

Parties are at liberty to request the learned Mediator regarding the arrangement to be arrived between the parties for availing order of access for the father. Learned counsel for the father submits that the meeting before the mediator is fixed on 1st July 2025. However, in the meantime, the father be permitted to talk through video call.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the father is permitted to talk to the child through video call on every alternate day between 7:00 pm, to 8:00 pm.

It is clarified that the said permission is granted subject to the convenience of the child. However, the mother shall cooperate to enable the father to talk to the child through video call on her telephone number.

Learned counsel for the father submits that since the parties are before the mediator and the proceedings are pending before this court a fresh application made before the learned District Court shall not be proceeded at this stage and he shall seek adjournment before the District Court beyond the date fixed for hearing before this court in these petitions. 8.
