In this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the validity of order dated 02.05.2025 by which the contract awarded to the petitioner has been terminated.

In support of the aforesaid submission, reliance has been placed on the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Commissioner of Police Bombay Vs. Govardhandas Bhanji AIR 1952 SC 16. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made the following submission: - Impugned order has been passed by an authority on the dictates of the superior authority and therefore the decision is vitiated in law as same suffers from the voice of non application of mind. 3.
