We are informed that vigilance cell inquiry has been conducted, the Vigilance Cell has tendered the report, the Petitioner has received the report and has also tendered his written explanation. He further submits that his cousin brother's validity certificate granted by the High Court, has also been placed on record along with his reply to the notice on the vigilance report.

The roznama placed on record indicates that the hearing in the matter is concluded on 21.2.2025. Normally, after the hearing on the Talwalkar

909.WP6259.2025.odt Vigilance cell report is concluded, the file has to be closed for judgment. The Petitioner is superannuating on 31st May, 2025. Therefore, we direct the Committee to deliver its Judgment, on or before 25th May, 2025 and serve the said judgment on the Petitioner within 24 hours, on the email address as is mentioned by the Petitioner in paragraph 3 of the memo of this Petition.
