By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the impugned order dated 21st January 2025 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Mumbai. The said order is at page 51 of the petition.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner the said order is not in consonance with the provisions of the Maharashtra 1/3

Public Trust Act and clearly reflects non-application of mind. It is further submitted that the impugned order is a pre-formatted order with no date or returnable date on it and as such shows nonapplication of mind. 3.

The said order is reproduced hereinunder, considering it does not bear the date of the order and the returnable date of the notice/report, except the signature:- 2/3

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 8th July 2025. Learned A.G.P. waives notice on behalf of respondent No.2State and seeks time to take instructions. 5.

In addition to the Court notice, learned counsel for the petitioner to serve the respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4, by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date. 6.

Stand over to 8th July 2025. To be listed on the Supplementary Board.
