The learned Addl.GP submits that the said complaint would be dealt with by granting an opportunity of hearing to the stakeholders, who are legally occupying the posts as per the Constitution of the Trust. 4.

Let Respondent No.2 deal with the said complaint by following the procedure laid down in law and by granting an opportunity of hearing to the stakeholders, who are occupying positions as per the Constitution of the Trust. Respondent No.2 shall pass a reasoned order expeditiously considering that the recruitment under the Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test, is just around the corner. 5.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
