The impugned order is at page no. 22 whereby a request made by the petitioner for reimbursement of the fees in terms of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 has been rejected as the petitioner has not complied with the deficiencies pointed out.

So far as the petitioner is concerned, in the list of disqualified schools at page no. 24 of the paper-book, their name finds place at Item No. 125.

Learned AGP has placed on record copy of the communication dated 13/06/2025. Accordingly, it is stated that the proposal for reimbursement of the fees will be re-examined and if the petitioner found eligible for reimbursement as per rules, the amount will be reimbursed within a period of 4 months from 13/06/2025 . 4.

In this view of the matter and in the light of the stand of the respondents in the communication dated 13/06/2025 which is placed on record and marked 'X' for identification, the petition for the present is disposed of. The respondents to act as per the communication.

Liberty to the petitioner is kept open to file a fresh petition for any amount which according to the petitioner is deficit or balance. 6.
