Heard Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate for Petitioners at length and perused the impugned judgment dated 06.01.2025 appended at page Nos. 208 to 222, Exh. 'L' to the Petition. 2.

After hearing Mr. Kulkarni when I expressed my mind to Mr. Kulkarni that I am not inclined to allow the Petition, he would on taking instructions from the Management of Petitioner Company submit that he be allowed to withdraw the present Petition by keeping all rights and contentions of Petitioners open in the appropriate proceedings as the Petitioners would desire to file in accordance with law. In view thereof, present Writ Petition is disposed with liberty as prayed for.
