3] Relying upon Clause 7.1(vii) of the Request for Proposal that has been issued in the matter of transportation of food grains, it is urged that the reasons for disqualification of a bid are required to be communicated to the bidder when he is disqualified in the technical bid. It is submitted by the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners that by the e-mail communication dated 08/05/2025, what has been communicated to the petitioner by way of reasons is the word, "Reject". 4] The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the reasons for disqualification would be supplied to the petitioner within a period of one week from today. She further submits on instructions that the financial bids were opened yesterday. 5] Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 16/05/2025. 6] The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of respondent no.1.
