The learned Additional Government Pleader is instructed to say that the State would decide the pending RTS Appeal (Un-numbered) within a period of six months. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner raises a serious grievance.

We find that the RTS Appeal is registered on Sonali

903-WP-6411-2025.odt 05/07/2024. The challenge is to the judgment and order passed by the Additional Commissioner, dated 31/07/2023, in RTS Appeal No.375 of 2023. The Appeal has been filed on 05/07/2024. Even registration number is not yet allotted.

In view of the above, we direct the concerned Appellate Authority to follow the due procedure laid down in law and by granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, decide the pending Appeal on or before 31/07/2026. 5.
