The two Writ Petitions involve the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) and its Managing

Though we have appearance of learned counsel Mr.Yashodeep Deshmukh on behalf of MSRTC in Writ Petition No.15257 of 2022, which involves a senior citizen, there is no appearance on behalf of MSRTC in Writ Petition No.6413 of 2025, which involve a differently abled person, who seek her rehabilitation. We, therefore, request Mr.Yashodeep Deshmukh to mark his appearance for MSRTC even in this Petition and seek appropriate instructions.
