These petitions have been filed for direction to respondent No.2 to decide the petitioners' representations within reasonable time.

Learned Senior Counsel Mr. V. D. Hon for the management submits that if the proposals were not found in place, copy thereof would be submitted forthwith. He also informs that similar proposals from others, who have not approached this court, are also pending before respondent No.2.

The learned AGP informs that the representations date back to the COVID period and if any of them is not traceable, the petitioners have either to place on record copy thereof or make a

5 940, 941, 942, 948, 950, 951, 953 to 957 wp 6404-25 fresh proposal / representation. He further makes statement that the same would be decided on its own merit within 60 days. 4.

In view of above, respondent No.2 shall decide the petitioners' representations, if available and if not, procure copy thereof or get fresh representations within a period of three weeks from the date of this order and decide all those representations within a period of next three weeks on their own merit.

The respondent No.2 shall decide the proposals of similarly placed teachers, whose proposals have already been received or made a fresh, within a period of two months from today. ( SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J. ) (R. G. AVACHAT, J.) VS Maind/-
