Our attention is invited to an order dated 07.02.2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would make the necessary compliance and place forth arguments on the immediate next date assigned by the CJM. 3.

In this view of the matter and as the application is already listed on 18.06.2025, it is obvious that the learned CJM shall proceed with the matter and shall dispose of the application expeditiously. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
