The tribe claim of the petitioners has been invalidated by the Scrutiny Committee. The petitioner no.6 is in public service. The scrutiny committee has asked the employer of petitioner no.6 to take appropriate action against petitioner no.6. Petitioner no.6, therefore, apprehends coercive action.

It is informed that there are 16 validity certificates issued in favour of the blood relations of the petitioners. The Committee has

4-wp6434.2025 directed to reopen their cases. However, so long the validity of those persons holds field, the petitioners need to be protected. In view of the same, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C), till next date.
