This petition is filed by the defendants to challenge the order allowing amendment to the plaint. The order is an interlocutory order and thus it is always open for the petitioner to challenge the order in view of Section 105 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") at the time of filing appeal in the event the final decree is against the petitioner. 2.
