Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition, the petitioner essentially seeks a direction to respondent No. 3 to adjudicate and decide the petitioner's revision application bearing No.MRT-KP 71/1989, within six months from the date of passing of this order. 1/3

It appears that the petitioner's revision application is pending before Respondent No. 3-the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Camp at Kolhapur.

Mr. Samant, learned Addl. G.P, states that an order dated 19th June 2025 has been issued by the revenue authorities for organizing camps in various districts i.e, Satara, Pune, and Kolhapur before the Member (Administration), Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Pune, and thereafter at Solapur, Sangli, and Kolhapur before the Member (Judicial), Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Pune. He further states that the camp at Kolhapur is scheduled for 10th July 2025, on which date the petitioner's revision application will be listed.

Considering that the petitioner's revision application has been pending since 1989, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent No. 3 to decide the petitioner's revision application 2/3

as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within three months from the date of receipt of this order. Needless to state that, all parties shall cooperate in the expeditious disposal of the revision application, and no party shall seek an adjournment.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. A copy of this order shall be communicated by both learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Addl. G.P to the concerned authority.

Stand over to 25th September 2025. To be listed under the caption `for recording compliance'.
