Heard Mr. Jadhav, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Perusal of the impugned order suggests that application for arm license is refused to the petitioner firstly on the ground that he has not produced documents indicating that he needs a license for sports activities regarding rifle shooting. Secondly, report of the Superintendent of police negatively recommended for grant of license. Mr. Jadhav, submits that in fact, all the documents pertaining to his participation in the game of State Level Competition of Rifle Shooting were produced alongwith the application. Further, the negative recommendation of Superintendent of Police, Jalgaon is unreasoned.
